Deliberate Creation may not be the obvious answer you are looking for when it comes to breaking out of your current circumstances and experiencing the joy of having financial freedom. The internal process of Deliberate Creation is the same regardless of your desire.

Let me explain. Let’s say that you want more mon’ey so you can pay off your debt. What is your primary focus at this point? Usually, it’s on the debt. The big “D” word. What might you do next? If you’re like most people, you figure out a plan, or you have someone figure it out for you. You then decide that you are going to change and do things differently.

The same is true if you want to lose weight. You decide how much weight you want to lose. Then, you look for a diet and exercise program that you need to follow to make this happen, right? How long does that really last?

Honestly, how many times have you attempted to save money, not spend so much, made diligent attempts to increase your business by getting more clients and customers, and tried everything else that you have come across to increase your bottom line? How many diet and exercise programs have you tried? Has anything you’ve tried really worked over time?

If you believe that you have “done” all of the right things and you still don’t have the results you are looking for, I can tell you why. It boils down to one primary thing. You are believing in what you don’t want more than in what you do want. Yes, I said believing in.

Now, this might sound old and familiar to you. Yet, if you are taking action to get rid of something, it will only bring about more of the something you’re trying to get rid of. And, if you’re trying to get rid of your unwanted circumstances, in reality, you are actually trying to get rid of a belief. Your beliefs generate your circumstances. They are one-in-the- same. Beliefs = circumstances, period.

To begin the process of Deliberate Creation, you must discover what your current beliefs are. Here are three ways that you can begin to deliberately create what you really want:

  1. Be honest about what you don’t want. Yes, write it all down. Typically, what we don’t want is revealed in our current circumstances. Ask yourself, “What would I have to believe about myself that would materialize into my current situation? You must be aware of this before you can move forward.i.e., do you have too much debt?

A client of mine had a hidden belief that she was not capable of earning large amounts of money. She deeply believed that she didn’t have what it took to make a lot of money. She needed to “borrow” the energy of others, so to speak.Consequently, she created a lot of debt. She had to change her belief about herself before she could attract and live from her own cash flow and pay off her debt. She came to believe that she was a powerful creative woman who had a soulful purpose to demonstrate prosperity. And, she did.

2.) Describe what you do want. Yes, write this all down. Don’t be shy, be bold. Notice the judgments that come up when you dare to admit what you really want.I think this is one of the most difficult exercises to do. It evokes inner resistance and it reveals your subconscious beliefs very quickly. Don’t cave into your beliefs. Just write them all down. They will show up as “Yeah buts.” Admit what you really want. Be specific. Give yourself permission to want what you want. Ask yourself, what kind of a person would be able to attract this into their life? What would they have to believe to enjoy and receive what they want?

3.)  Decide who you must be to have what you want. i.e., having more money. You would need to believe that you’re someone who is capable and deserving of experiencing a lifestyle that is rich and rewarding. Now, declare that you are this person. The interesting thing is, with Deliberate Creation, you decide what you want from a realm of new possibilities, not from past evidence that you have experienced. Creation manifests out of faith and belief in the Law of Attraction and universal success principles, not out of your current circumstances.
