Are You Free and Living Your Life By Design or By Default?

This is a million dollar question, isn’t it? Let me explain what I mean by default or by design and why this question is so important when it comes to revealing just how FREE you really are.

Each time you react or make decisions from a sense of guilt, fear, anger, or frustration, you are living by default. What you experience will be based on your subconscious programming (hidden beliefs and expectations). Your mind will offer negative “what if” scenarios and control your actions.

Each time you act or make decisions out of love, compassion, gratitude, and joy, you are FREE and living by design, in other words, you are accessing an inner part of you that is FREE to choose what you best want to express and to receive. You are in the driver’s seat. Your imagination becomes your friend and your heart informs you about what you want. From this state-of-being, you can experience things you may never have experienced before.

Here is a fun little test to see how much of the time you are FREE to choose:

On a scale of 0-5, 5 being MOST of the time and 0 being ALMOST NEVER, please rate yourself below. Discover how FREE you really are.

•  I say, “Yes” because I really want to (not because I feel I “have to”). ___________
• I respectfully tell my truth even if I might not “look good”. _____________
• I admit when I am wrong without justifying my actions.   _______________
• I imagine best-case scenarios in uncomfortable or new situations.   ____________
• I love to imagine what is possible and I go for what I want. ___________
