Question:

I feel great helping other humanitarian organizations but I feel everyone is benefiting except me. Unfortunately, through all my amazing opportunities I am not getting paid for anything!! My question is one of a blockage of money. How can I remove my resistance and live my life to the fullest and help the world!

Answer:

Thank you for asking this very important question. It addresses the resistance that so many heart-centered entrepreneurs experience – being paid well for their talents and contributions that make the world a better place.

The truth is, if you do not allow yourself to be paid well for your services, you will actually prevent yourself from fulfilling your life’s purpose through your life’s work. I honor your desire to be paid well for the work that you love and have chosen as your primary livelihood.

Here’s what you really need to know. . .

Doing work that you love, work that is deeply meaningful to you, and allowing yourself to be paid well for it, taps into deep core beliefs and vows that you made when you were a little kid, particularly in the areas of your creative self-expression and visibility, your value and self worth, and certain rebellious decisions not to be like someone that you harshly judged.

These issues must be made conscious and released or they will remain a sabotaging force against you each time you attempt to express your message to others through your work and charge appropriately for it. This is where most people hide out.

Just know it is not your fault that you are having a problem with charging what you’re worth and getting it! This stuff is difficult to see and feel because your natural, inner resistance wants to block this awareness from your conscious mind. I highly advise seeking help from an expert in shadow transformation work who can gently guide you through this dark terrain.

Please consider trusting and loving yourself enough to reach out for help with this money block around being paid well for doing what you love. It is an inside job. Please do not let anyone tell you to just get over it.
